Rorvik is located on the island of Inner-Vikna on the eastern side of the Vikna archipelago, on the western shore of the Naerysundet Strait, facing the mainland on the eastern border of the strait. Even at 65°N, the climate is maritime, and many private gardens include plum and apple trees.
